At Bite Mill, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This policy explains order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by contacting Bite Mill as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not already been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Non-Returnable Food Products
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, opened, used, or consumed products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- A product damaged during transit
- An incorrect product
- A product with a manufacturing or packaging issue
Please contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery.
You may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs/videos of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
- After verification, Bite Mill may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Payment deducted but order not successfully placed
- Order cancellation accepted before dispatch
- Verified damaged or incorrect product
- Other cases approved by Bite Mill
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
6. Refund Exclusions
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
- Products that have been opened or consumed, except where required by applicable law
